Built a Python database consolidating 30,000+ aircraft modification records across FAA, TCCA, and ANAC. Cut search time from 20 min → under 5 seconds. Used daily by 20–30 engineers at ATR / Airbus Group.

Offline-first full-stack app for MASER Engineering: tracks the outfitting of thousands of cabins across luxury cruise liners. AI pipeline (YOLO + OCR) auto-extracts cabin layout from PDF deck plans.

Tiny House for GAF

Design-to-build of a fully functional Tiny House donated to a homeless person. ICAM Bachelor International capstone. Covered by ICAM.fr and Le Parisien.

Second-year pluridisciplinary engineering project: a 70 cm RC monohull with a water cannon. Led the full electronic architecture — H-bridge motor control, FPGA logic, propulsion system selection.

Manufacturing Engineering Intern

Designed a full SolidWorks mechanical handling rig for 100 kg aerospace components — after an operator lost a hand on the previous setup. The rig had a tight dimensional envelope and an awkward approach angle. Deployed to production after my departure.
Delivered a 4-session SolidWorks training program to 7 engineers, covering part modeling, assemblies, drawings, and manufacturing checks.

Solo-founded a B2B / B2C video production business. ~30 clients across corporate and individual. ~80% client retention. Longest client relationship now in its 3rd year.
Built the full commercial cycle from scratch: prospecting → discovery → scoping → proposal → contract → production → delivery → invoicing.
Built an internal R&D pipeline: web scraping + AI for lead qualification and automated outreach.

Secured internal access to AI tools that were still in PoC stage at ATR — to support an AI-assisted development strategy and hit a 6-month delivery target.
Designed an HTML / CSS / JS internal web prototype to validate UX before the production tool ships August 2026.
